In July 2016, the idea of providing quality and on time delivery of petroleum products to various industrial customers and business partners in Metro Cebu and Province was conceptualized. After months of planning, operations started on November 28, 2016.
In 2018, Topline Transport and Services Corporation ("Topline Transport") was incorporated as the company’s logistics and transport provider and is a subsidiary of Top Line Business.
Today, Topline Transport has expanded rapidly in serving the bulk fuel requirements of more than one hundred (100) industrial accounts and business partners in the entire island of Cebu and nationwide.
